My name is Jessica Jambrich I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I graduated Georgian College in April of 2016 and that's when I started my company Unique Fitness. I have a wide vast knowledge in a number of different fitness genres and I have been Belly Dancing since 2005. I am also a certified Master Reiki

I completed A power weight lifting workshop back in college and it comprises of the three main moves. Back Squat/Front Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training. It is an umbrella term for the style of fitness, you can use battle ropes, kettle bells, bodyweight and also pair this style of training to grow fast tissue muscle fibers to develop more strength!

Pole Fitness and Dance is amazing body conditioning like no other. It is an aerial sport. Improves strength, endurance, flexibility, core, grip strength, self esteem and confidence. I first started my pole journey in 2016 at Rock N Pole and have also taught at Body Language studio and teach Pole Fitness/Dance privately now.

The fitness side to ballet. Amazing for muscle toning and working on slow twitch muscle fibers. Generally using a horizontal ballet barre or labert barre. Low intensity and great for strengthening the joints while receiving an awesome work out.

I worked with the Barrie Kettlebell Club to fine tune my kettlebell technique. Learning how to safely do and cue technique while in a safe environment. Great workout that can be achieved in the fraction of a time of a regular workout!

I have worked with the Mariposa young athletes for dry land training. Instructing basic mechanics while making it fun. 

I have also worked with young wrestlers for functional training.

In 2005 I took my first Belly Dancing class with my Mother and as soon as it was finished I was hooked and wanted more. Since then I started to branch out into tribal and started teaching in 2016. Offering privates, small class settings and also bachelorette parties.
